Respirator Evaluation
Your responses will be reviewed by a licensed clinician to make sure it's safe for you to wear an N95 respirator. If further evaluation is needed, we'll contact you to schedule a follow-up. Otherwise, you'll receive medical clearance so you can complete fit testing and get to work safely.
