Our service
ClearToCare, a service of The Advanced Practice Network LLC, provides online occupational health screenings, including the medical evaluation required by OSHA's Respiratory Protection Standard (29 CFR 1910.134). Evaluations are reviewed by licensed clinicians. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Not emergency or primary care
Our evaluations are limited to workplace clearance determinations. They are not a substitute for primary medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and this website does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Your responsibilities
Clearance determinations are based on the information you provide. You agree to answer evaluation questions truthfully and completely, and to notify us if your health changes in a way that could affect your ability to safely wear a respirator.
Fit testing
A medical clearance from ClearToCare is not a respirator fit test. Fit testing is performed separately, after medical clearance, in accordance with your employer's respiratory protection program.
